Fortuny Piumette Emerald and Gold

The pillow front is in Fortuny Piumette in Emerald and Gold with a natural wide woven linen backing. Piumette, or feathers in Italian, is a small scale geometric motif and one of Mariano Fortuny's earliest designs. The face of this pillow was designed with the circular motif border that has been cut out from the width of the fabric and applied as bands on the left and right side.
