Refunds & Exchanges
Pillows may be returned or exchanged within seven days of delivery of shipment. You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. Pillows must be in their original unused, unwashed condition and sent back with all original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping will be charged for the resending of any exchanged item. When returning a pillow, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. We also recommend that you insure your package for your own protection.

Custom pillows are not returnable.
