Shipping & Returns
All our pillows are made-to-order and in most cases our lead time is 1 week, unless otherwise noted. If you need your pillows by a certain date please contact us regarding our rush service and we'll be sure to get you your items in time.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.
International orders are shipped via USPS mail. International orders cannot be placed online, except Canada. Email your order to us at email@example.com and we'll quote you a shipping price for your country. Delivery time of international shipments will vary by country of destination. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs and we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time that a package is held. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we are not able to detect whether it is written correctly or not. If package is sent back to us because the address was incomplete or you refused the package, it will be treated as a return. This means that a 10% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs will not be refunded. You may always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Pillows may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery of shipment. You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. Pillows must be in their original unused, unwashed condition and sent back with all original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping will be charged for the resending of any exchanged item. When returning a pillow, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. We also recommend that you insure your package for your own protection.
If you are unsure of whether the color or texture of a pillow will work in your space, please contact us for a free swatch of the fabric. You may also always contact us if you need a size, shape and finishing recommendation.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com immediately so we can work with you to repair or replace the item. No claims can be made after 72 hours of package arrival. It is important to keep in mind that some fabrics have certain natural characteristics and "flaws" that should not be considered as defects. The variation in color and texture in many of these hand-made products are inherent and add to their beauty.
