Small Vintage Redware Plates
Three unique, hand-made, vintage redware platters with undulating motifs in saffron glaze. Made in Pennsylvania by Lester and Barbara Breininger of Robesonia, Pennsylvania.
Design 1: Two long undulating waves comprised of three lines with center smaller waves in the center. Signed and dated Nov 30, 1979 on underside. Also inscribed "Getting Cold"
Design 2: Three undulating waves comprised of a single line with two straight lines in between. Signed and dated Aug 18, 1979 on underside. Also inscribed "Overcast"
Design 3: Two long undulating waves in the center comprised of a single line with two smaller lines on the edges of the plate. Signed and dated December 7, 1979 on underside. Also inscribed "Sunny"
